Life to the Full Celebratory Dinner Marking a Decade of Impact & Transformation

Event Description

Join us for the Life to the Full Dinner on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at The Junior League of Houston as CrossWalk Center marks ten years of advancing God’s Kingdom through Seamless Re-entry Discipleship. We will recognize Refined Technologies, Inc. as the inaugural recipient of the Abundant Life Award for its leadership in second chance employment.

Life to the Full reflects the promise of John 10:10 and the vision that every disciple would experience a fuller, greater, richer life in Christ. For a decade, men and women returning from incarceration have been guided toward restored identity, meaningful work, thriving community, and lasting transformation.

Abundant Life Award

The Abundant Life Award honors an individual or organization whose example reflects a deep commitment to servant leadership, integrity, and treating disciples with dignity. This award recognizes those who invest in disciples and believe in redemption and second chances, open doors to meaningful opportunity and relationships, and live out their faith through selfless service and accountability.

This year’s recipient, Refined Technologies, Inc., exemplifies these values through its commitment to second-chance hiring. Since 2018, RTI has partnered with CrossWalk Center to support men and women transitioning from incarceration as they pursue sustainable reentry and meaningful employment. Today, more than 40 second-chance disciples serve as full-time team members within RTI, with several advancing into leadership roles, demonstrating that when opportunity is paired with accountability, support, and high expectations, lives are restored and purpose is renewed.

Sponsorship Opportunities

You are invited to be part of what God is doing through CrossWalk Center. Your sponsorship makes this work possible, expanding CrossWalk’s reach inside prisons and increasing the capacity of our discipleship housing and mentoring programs in the community.

More than 5,000 men and women have entered this journey, and a 3.63 percent recidivism rate reflects the real impact of consistent discipleship and accountability. The need continues, and your support ensures CrossWalk can meet it. Through your partnership, returning citizens experience renewed dignity, meaningful work, and abundant life in Christ.
