Doug Smith, MSSW, ACC, TICC, is the Managing Partner of D-Degree Coaching and Training. With over 12 years of experience in mental health and justice policy, he equips leaders with trauma-informed practices and empowers individuals impacted by incarceration to rebuild their lives.

Bryan Kelley is the Executive Director of The HUB Community Center, dedicated to building authentic connections and guiding individuals toward purpose. His life is a testament to transformation, shaped by grace, discipleship, and a renewed heart.
Previously serving as CEO of the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, Bryan used his own journey from incarceration to leadership to inspire others walking the path of renewal.
